Who we work with

Agencies & event producers

We provide both equipment and crew, plus a technical director who represents your agency's and your client's interests. We review other vendors' quotes, compare venues and keep the technical budget under control. White-label or co-branded; we never go direct to your client.

Brands

One team from the idea to the show's finale: concept, event design and previz, show technology, VIP hospitality and content. Brand work includes Savage X Fenty Vol. 4, Louis Vuitton and Prada House, Los Angeles.

Studios & streamers

Premieres, screenings and celebrations for studios and streamers, including Netflix's Primetime Emmy afterparty and Netflix events for Squid Game and Stranger Things.

Premieres

Premieres and screenings in Los Angeles from one team: show technology, red carpet and VIP hospitality, and content — filming, livestream and recaps. Cinema DCP projection with Dolby surround when the room calls for it.

Brand & product launches

Launches from the idea to the show's finale: concept, show technology, VIP hospitality and content. Example: the Savage X Fenty Show Vol. 4 creator event at NeueHouse Hollywood.

Awards & galas

Award events and galas, from the StarS Gala at the Audrey Irmas Pavilion and the BET Awards weekend at Goya Studios to Variety's Power of Women 2026, where we handled technical direction, LED screens and consulting.

Corporate events

Corporate events and presentations: stage, audio, lighting, LED, PowerPoint and Keynote playback and livestream, run by one crew.

Panels & conferences

Summits, panels and conferences: stage, audio, lighting, LED, cameras and livestream, run by one team. Recent summits: Vogue Business Future of Wellness (Downtown LA Proper, March 2026) and the StarS Summit (Petersen Automotive Museum, November 2023).

How we run the room+

Show technology is how we run the event, not a separate business, and equipment goes with the production team, never as a standalone rental. For the technical reader, here is what our crew designs and runs inside a production.

Audio

We run audio system design and engineering, SPL coverage simulation, FOH and monitor mixing, wireless RF management and multitrack recording and playback, including 5.1, 7.1 and Dolby Atmos surround for premieres and screenings.

Lighting

We run lighting systems design, the lighting plot and visual simulation, intelligent and conventional lighting, lighting control, and special FX.

LED & video

We run video systems design, LED screens, projection mapping, multisource switching, video playback and recording, and cinema DCP projection.

Staging

We run staging as part of the show build: drawn in CAD with the rest of the technical plan and built by the same crew.

Live streaming

We run live streaming and webcasts on Zoom, Teams, YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and vMix, with multi-camera setups, IMAG and post-production editing.

Filming & photo

We run event filming, photography, recaps and interviews, so the content is captured by the team that runs the show.

Questions buyers ask us

What does a live event production company do?+

It plans, designs and runs the production and technical side of an event: the technical plan and budget, specs and CAD, audio, lighting, LED and video, staging, live streaming, crew and show day. MSTRS Production does this as one team in Los Angeles.

Do you work for agencies as a subcontractor or white label?+

Yes. We work as a white-label or co-branded production partner for agencies, per project, and your client relationship stays yours.

Do you provide both equipment and crew?+

Yes. Equipment and crew come from one team, led by a technical director who represents your agency's and your client's interests.

Can you review other vendors' quotes and help choose a venue?+

Yes. We review and compare vendor quotes, help you choose, and compare venues for the brief, then optimize and control the budget.

What areas do you serve?+

We are based in Hollywood and work across Los Angeles. We have also worked in 17 cities, from San Diego and Las Vegas to New York, Toronto and Montreal; travel terms are agreed per project.

How far in advance should we reach out?+

As soon as you have a date. Lead time depends on scope; send the date and we will confirm availability quickly.
